HP QuickWeb problem

A few weeks ago I bought a HP ProBook 4530s with i5 and 4 GB of RAM etc.
First what I did is upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium to Widows 7 Ultimate, using Windows Anytime Upgrade. I have done upgrade without any problems.
After that I installed all applications that I need for learning and practice computer networks.
I didn’t bore with pre-installed applications from HP.
But at some point I wanted to try HP QuickWeb using button for accessing HP QW on laptop.
After I pressed the butten only what I got is frozen screen with HP QuickWeb logo, and nothing more. So I try to read about it in HP documentation and only what I got found is ...
"To start HP QuickWeb, press the QuickWeb button when the computer is off or in Hibernation.
The following table explains the different behaviors of the QuickWeb button."

So I read on the Internet that first must be enabled in bios, so I did that, I all so try whit new installation. And again only what I got is frozen screen.

Then I noticed that there was separated partition for HP QuickWeb installation and the type for that partition was "Logical". As you now, or maybe not, Quick Web is nothing more than small Linux OS and the partition type must by "Primary".

As you can see I used EASEUS Partition Master application to change the type for HP_TOOSL partition.
After that HP QuickWeb worked! And I can tell you that it is useful tool.
